Privacy Policy
This English text is provided for convenience only. The Turkish version is the legally binding text and prevails in case of any discrepancy.
This policy explains the privacy approach of the hu1.ai website in plain language. The legally operative document is the KVKK Privacy Notice; if the two differ, the notice prevails.
1. What This Policy Covers
This policy covers only the hu1.ai website. Data inside the HU1 product is the subject of separate agreements to be concluded with schools (see Section 8).
2. What We Collect — and Deliberately Don't
There are no accounts to open on this site, no forms to fill, and no cookies to set. No fingerprinting and no cross-site tracking technologies are used.
The data that actually arises comes to two items: the standard server records generated as the site is served, and aggregated statistics about the site’s overall use. See the privacy notice for the details and legal bases.
3. Our Approach to Analytics
We measure the site with an analytics service that works without cookies. Nothing is written to your device; the output of the measurement is aggregate numbers not linked to your identity. How it works is explained in one paragraph in the Cookie Policy.
4. When You Contact Us
Every contact path on the site takes you outside it: your e-mail app, WhatsApp, or the Cal.com booking page. When you reach us through these channels, the information you send is used to answer your request and, if you asked for one, to schedule the pilot call.
Processing on those platforms’ own side is governed by their own privacy policies; which companies receive data, and when, is listed in Section 4 of the privacy notice.
5. Where Your Data Lives
The site runs on a hosting service provider whose server infrastructure is located abroad, so server records are processed outside Turkey. The scope and basis of that transfer are set out in Section 4 of the privacy notice.
6. Security
Site traffic is encrypted with TLS. We deliberately keep the attack surface small: the site has no executable forms, no membership system and no third-party script load; fonts are served from the site’s own domain rather than third-party servers; responses carry security headers.
Appropriate technical and organizational measures are taken to protect personal data.
7. A Note on Children
This site is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect their data; its audience is school administrators and teachers.
The HU1 product, in turn, is designed to hold no real names in student data: the system will contain only a Student Reference Code and a nickname, with the code-to-name mapping remaining at the school.
8. The HU1 Product and School Agreements
For student data in the HU1 product, a contractual arrangement is envisaged under which the school will be the data controller and the Company the data processor. Within the pilot, the privacy notice, the data-processing annex and the agreement will be taken up together with each school.
9. Your Rights
Your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK, and how to exercise them, are explained in detail in Section 6 of the privacy notice. Applications are concluded within thirty days at the latest.
10. Changes, Contact, and Site Identification
Changes to this policy are published on this page with a new version number and date. For questions: [E-POSTA].
